Rowallan Bed and Breakfast near Edinburgh

From the Edinburgh City by-pass (A720) you can either exit at Fairmilehead (A702) or at Straiton Junction (A701).

A702 - at the top of the slip road from the by-pass turn left and take the right fork signed Biggar past the Esso garage. After 12 miles you come to West Linton, take a slight left at B7059/Main Street before the hotel. Continue to follow B7059 across bridge at right fork (just past the church), after about 3 miles you will meet the A701. Turn right, and we're about 1.5 miles along on the right hand side.

A701 - exit toward A703/Peebles, at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A701/Straiton Road and continue to follow the A701 through 4 roundabouts (about 5 miles). Turn left at A701/Bridge Street and continue to follow the A701 for 3 miles. Turn right at Leadburn junction to stay on the A701, Mountain Cross is about 10 miles further.
